User Full Name missing

Hi all,

 

Is there a fix or technical explanation why Snow License Manager 8 can't automatically fill Full Name column regarding User information? Inventory brings normal user id's (e.g. device\login id) but most of the times Full Name data is missing.

 

Maybe manually importing missing Full Name information? Yes, that could be doable. But I would like to know how to make SLM do this automatically.

 

Anyone else having this issue?
