You can't. If it's a report you will use frequently, do it once and add the report you just created to your favorites.
it is actually not possible to select all columns. As Juha said, you can save your edited report to reuse it later.
If I save an edited report to reuse later does it automatically update when I open it again?
if you save a report, it will be saved with all culomns in place. When you schedule this report, the culomns will be there as well.
