Have a question about Office365 service on SLM SPE platform.
We are using the latest version of SLM SPE - 8.2.07
In the C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Services directory, there is a folder Office365 with service files, configuration and exe:
But this service is not working in the background:
If our customer creates an Office365 connector, I can see received information in the SLM database, but this data is not processed.
To process this data, I need to run a service manually.
In the on-premise version, this service works on the background.
