Hi all,

has anybody experience in updating a custom field via SQL script?
I have a boolean field which is mandatory and try to update values with following script:

update SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblCID_cf_l_1
set SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblCID_cf_l_1.[NameOfCustomField]='1'
from SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblCID_cf_l_1
join SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblLicense on SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblLicense.LicenseID=SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblCID_cf_l_1.ElementID

Problem is, that the value in DB is updated but SLM is still showing the old value.

Log out/log in and clear the temporary cache doesn't solve the problem.

Dealing with this stuff there comes up a second question and I don't have an answer right now.

Why are the values of a custom field are stored x-times, once for every user?
