A customer is using Citrix Receiver for HTML-5 to access their apps via browser.
A user is using the same device every day and connects via this device to Citrix using Citrix Receiver for HTML-5.
In Snow License Manager every session is logged as a different 'HTML Device/Computer'
I have not encountered this before and don't know if this is normal behaviour?
Opened a support ticket already but I would like to know if someone else has seen this?
