Hi Greg
I have checked all rows in the file as there are multiple sheets of which one only as data in row 72. The data within it looks normal compared to everything else. Even went through all the other sheets and deleted row 72 (which looked blank) as a just in case and tried again. But still no luck

To help here I'd probably have to actually see your MLS (which I'm not suggesting you provide!)
I sometimes get errors like this when there's a spurious column with no heading - have you edited the MLS at all? You could also try looking for other invalid data in the sheet - dates in the wrong format (US date format can sometimes leave Excel and there for SLM confused), perhaps purchases outside of the agreement dates, or maybe there's a new agreement that Snow hasn't included yet. In fact, MPSA being a new addition to MLSs is maybe an option? Snow - could you confirm this has been factored in to the import?
On the preview screen which appears before this import, are there any errors, or anomalies that might point to more details?
There's also possibly more information in the back-end log files that Snow could point you to.
Hopefully something here helps!
Helen
Hi Helen
Thanks for your help I did go through the MLS to see if there were any errors in that row but couldn't see anything obvious. On the previous screen, there were no errors everything was fine, there were no funny date formats either.
In the end, I used the buttons in the screenshot to export all agreements out. I stuck these in the agreement template and successfully imported these in. Then I got the licenses from the all licenses button and I manually added these all into Snow to the relevant agreements.
I would have much preferred it to be all imported in via the MLS import method. But due to time constraints, i had to get the licenses in asap.
Thank you all for your help and guidance
Ammar
Hi Ammar,
I'd guess that you may want to check the data you are submitting. Is there data in row 72 of the spreadsheet? If so, is it complete?
Hope you get it working.
Greg
