I have an agreement added in SLM but when I have am trying to add a license i cannot see the agreement in the drop-down list?
The agreement has expired would this be the reason why it cant be selected?
Is your purchase date within the agreement period? I did a quick test and I can add a license to an expired agreement as long as the purchase date is in that period.
I didn't have purchase dates for some of them and i was having to prolong the agreement date just so I could add the license as a workaround. Once licenses were added to an agreement then i would change the date of the agreement back to its expired date.
I have tested what you suggested and I was able to add a license successfully
