We installed the agent of some machines (Windows) out of which some are showing as unreported in SMACC.
What could be reason for devices reported as a unreported into SMACC.
Please suggest for above.
I assume you mean the SI SMaCC - Device View, where in the list some clients are greyed out?
Here, the agents have successfully communicated with the server. However, the agent has not performed a scheduled scan yet - hence no data is available and the entry is greyed out.
To speed up the process, you can use the scan command from the SMaCC console or run a scan locally in the client from the command line ("snowagent.exe scan && snowagent.exe send").
