This may be a dumb question.........but how do I check we have the OMO installed?
In SLM - web configurator ( one of the icons on the taskbar ) on the ( SNOW) server
you click this icon and on the LICENSE tab there you see ORacle is one of the installed modules

in the latest version of SLM you will now see a Enterprise Tab and Oracle reporting and functionality sit under that but this is only if your SLM User role has been given permissions..
The other place to look would be at your License Keys on the properties as already mentioned.
The best way I find to do a quick check is to look at the ribbon and under the licenses tab you should find entries like "Add Oracle orders" If this is not present it could be you have no access to it as per role but it can also be the product is not licensed..
Most simple check is:
Log in in SNOWBOARD. on the BLUE bar there is in ( white letters) te Enterprise options, and click will show Oracle- overview, then you have OMO installed
