Snow and GDPR

I have had a question internally about Snow Data and GDPR.  I have stated that as long as we are not sharing the personally identifiable information (PII), or sensitive personal information (SPI), then there is no issue.

The reply has come back that Snow stores the name of the user, and how long they’ve used a tool for.  This they feel is PII.

Rather than reinvent the wheel, I have asked that we have a statement on how Snow perceives the use of say “Most Frequent User”?  Additionally how does sharing that information with vendors for or part of an audit or similar?

This may just save us all time and effort.
