Applications - No installations and no users

when looking at the applications list I see some applications listed as "no installs", "no users", "not part of a bundle" and "has no license". These are not web or cloud related applications. So I am keen to know why these show up in the list of all applications.

I have also found that some of them, upon drilling down into the data state they do have an installation, so it appears I have conflicting reporting from Snow.

Any ideas would be helpful.
