I checked our "List all users" in the SLM 8 web portal, but there are no users in there, it seems something went wrong: we don’t see any user!
I checked already some settings, but all seems to be ok. Also the error logs in the License server are empty.
I also checked the customer configuration in the SMACC, but I don’t see something wrong.
When I look in the “users” tab of a server, I do see users.
What could be the cause?
