What is the easiest way of going about adding in new Microsoft volume licenses?
We did an initial MLS import when we first spun up Snow, but have since done a true-up with Microsoft.
the easiest way would be delete all imported Microsoft licenses from the first imported MLS and then import the new MLS. If you need help with Automation of License delete, please reach out to your local Snow services organization if they could do some tweaks in the database for you to limit the effort for license deletion.

Would going this route require us to re-allocate licenses (i.e. SQL & Server)?
in my opinion, it is not necessary to delete the data from the first imported MLS.
Do you have a new MLS Report with the new licenses included?
A new import would require a re-allocate of the licenses and you need to create all relations, base licenses again, too.
I think the easiest way is to import only the new licenses with our import template.

If you have a new MLS report you can use this data and copy it into the template.
Otherwise you can use the data from your bill or VLSC Portal.
