More info for the "O" symbol under the remarks column

Hi and Happy Friday to you all,

when looking into some compliance information on a specific application and I see the "O" symbol under the remarks column. I think the "O" stands for "Outside Metric Period" and what I want to understand more is - If something is outside the metric period, how can I explore the reasons why?
