What is the difference between 'Extended Use Rights' and 'Secondary Use rights' in SLM?
Both are additional use rights that a software vendor may grant to his customers.
Secondary Use Right means, that one license covers two installations of a product, in most cases for the same user.
Extended use right focusses on computers, in general for testing purposes or as failover clusters.
In both cases, you need to add the information on "primary" and "secondary" computer to SLM.
At the end of the day, both will provide an additional use right for one license.
BTW: both scanarios are also described in the SLM User Guide ;-)
