Hi ServiceNow users,
We have implemented Snow's ServiceNow connector and started uploading data of some less companies from Snow to ServiceNow since some weeks.
During that time we noticed that uninstalled applications are removed in Snow License Manager, but were not removed in ServiceNow. So after some time we cannot rely in the computerapplications in ServiceNow.
I asked Snow and got the answer, that they do not delete any information in ServiceNow. Instead we should setup business rules in ServiceNow.
Has anyone also noticed that, and already implemented business rules for that?
Or how did you solve that?
