Issue with Service Gateway , after installation. Not reporting to Smacc

Do we need to do any additional configuration after installation of Service Gateway? 

I see the gateway was successfully installed , but I still don't see it under Inventory Tab in SMACC.

I have installed snow agent in Service Gateway server and it is reporting to my main inventory server SMACC successfully.

Also I don't see my database server also in inventory section.

Am I missing some configuartion?

Quick help will be appreciated!
