SNOW Inventory not getting data after license update

We updated the SNOW license. Our original license was for 8000 devices and we updated the license which we got from SNOW for 12000 devices.

 

After the update, SNOW Inventory is not getting the data for the new agents that we rolled out.

 

The log file just says this:

 

2018-09-24T14:56:16-06:00;trace;;;;License OK. License will expire on Fri, 21 Dec 2018 00:00:00 GMT (87 days left). License unit grant is 12000.

 

What could be the issue and how can we fix it.
