We recently implemented the O365 connector in our environment, and after reviewing the data collected I noticed an unusually high number of our users who fall into the "No Activity" data set for Microsoft Project Professional.
After some further exploration, I noticed that many of the users who fall into the "No Activity" category have recorded usage of Project Professional 2016 (which is a desktop client, but linked to the user's O365 account) within the past 3 months on reporting provided by the SNOW Agent.
With all of the above being said, my question to those of you much more experienced with this connector is:
Should the connector be picking up usage from the Project Professional desktop client because it's tied to the user's O365 account? Or is the connector designed to only pick up usage when Project is accessed via the web?
