It is not clear to me how a customer can get the GDPR reports. Is it included in the SRS? Do we as a platform hoster have to configure or install anything? Thank you for clarifying.

Our current GDPR functionality (v1.0) works with both On-Premise and Hosted Environments. So from a technical perspective all customers can use our GDPR module. GDPR information is being transferred via Snow Update Service, precisely via Software Recognition Service (SRS) updates, now also known as Data Intelligence Service (DIS) updates.
