We are implementing Snow, and I am currently tasked with entering all our budget data for one department.
My question is, how do people use Snow? Should I give budget holders read only access to Snow, and would I be able to limit their access to their own contracts only, or would it be sufficient to just send out reports to each budget holder. (our organisation access is only broken down into large departments, not singular budget holders).
Do you allow your own budget holders to input their renewals (training will be an issue here), use an import from another system, or manually input data yourselves to make sure it remains standard?
I now need to look at these issues, and need to get them right from the outset (if there even is a right or wrong way)
