SUS Issue - SI & SLM

Hey Folks!!!

 

We have been struggling with the SUS issue for both SI and SLM since last couple of months. We have also raised the support case but no luck, case is pending with 2nd Line Snow Support since last month.

 

ERROR SnowSoftware.Update.SelfUpdate [(null)] - Unable to retrieve update service file list: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.9843836. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

System.TimeoutException: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.9843836. We have increased the time out to 10 mins and there is no firewall blockage. Even we tried CDN as well, but no luck. Any body here who observed this issue and have fixed it.
