Adobe Acrobat 2017/Adobe Acrobat 2017 Standard

I’m new to using Snow and understanding how Snow collects and collates it’s data.

I’m a bit confused as to what Snow is reporting to me in respect if Adobe Acrobat 2017.

The licences have been applied to Adobe Acrobat 2017 Standard and a few to Adobe Acrobat 2017 Pro (which is correct) however Snow reports back a mixed estate of Acrobat 2017 Standard and Acrobat 2017 Pro and a number of machines as being neither Standard nor Pro but just Adobe Acrobat 2017.

As far as I know there are only the two products Standard and Pro, but why is Snow seeing some installs as just Adobe Acrobat 2017?

I’ve read on a couple of other Adobe posts that Snow uses SWIDs to identify/categorise Adobe Acrobat, so am guessing it’s something to do with this, but any suggestions on why this is happening and how to correct this behaviour would be appreciated.
