More for information than anything but we have a system that shows 0365 being used for 6 years. Only trouble is, we haven't had this for 6 years and it's a curious one. Has someone seen a DeLorean?
Did you check that with the portal data?Would be important to determine where the error comes from …
Ooops I should have said, this is an open case but it's more if someone else has seen this.
you can use the following query to investigate raw data. Maybe you can find some issues there. Please set another value for %APPLICATION% or de-select this criterion.
use SnowInventorySELECT * FROM [SnowInventory].[inv].[DataMetering] dmleft join inv.DataApplication da on dm.AppId = da.ApplicationIdwhere DeviceId = 'SHASTR101' and da.Name like '%APPLICATION%'order by AppId
Please let me know if you discover something there.
In general, please consider to mask future postings by blurring sensitive data such as host names and employee names. Your company will thank you
I get an error:
Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Invalid object name 'inv.DataApplication'
Please make sure to select SnowInventory here:
Does this help?
Hi Mark, which INV Version is currently installed?
Latest version 6.0.2 is installed and reporting
Hi Mark, the error message indicates that the inv.DataApplication table is missing. It seems so that is a job for Snow Support team.
can you please manually check, whether the table inv.DataApplication is available in the SnowIventory database? I would be surprised if not.
Thank you I have a report now but doesn't give me much information.
I would like you to have a look at the applications that are within the 'Office 365' bundle. What dates can you see there? Do any dates vary from what you would expect?
For me, it looks like this:
As I reset my environment in november I am not expecting any entries prior to that date. For your computer I would not expect any date prior to the rollout date of the Snow Inventory Agent.
This is a first thing to check, as we are looking at the raw data here. If there are any issues, they would be transferred to any following table.
If you have the time, we can have a look at this tomorrow! Please give me a call if you'd like to have a remote session.
