How to add custom tabs/fields for Computers

I'm looking to see if there's an option to add custom fields/tabs into each Computer in our environment to replace our computer asset details spreadsheet.

 

Even when I go into Edit computer > Custom Information, I cannot 'Add' or click on the drop-down.

 

I'm only looking to add a few items so we can also manage laptops through SNOW.
