Hi!

We a problem with Oracle DB scanning on Windows OS. Java is installed and all the necessary rights for Windows user are granted (Administrator).

The latest versions of agent and sios are used.

We have the following error:

2019-01-08T16:05:18+03:00; <-- Stop -->; Finalizing;;;; Stopping Snow Inventory Oracle Scanner
2019-01-08T16:08:43+03:00; <-- Start -->; Initializing;;;; Starting Snow Inventory Oracle Scanner 6.0.1+build-2018-11-02-rev-a14cf5b5f7665b52c79bd5bc1d87edafd7b302f6
2019-01-08T16:08:44+03:00; ERROR; *None*;;;; sqlplus returned error. Please check username/password and oracle parameters. Instance SID = BDAIS

We tried to perform automatic scanning and create a separate user with appropriate grants to views and tables - in both cases the error is the same.

We also tried to connect to this DB directly from sqlplus - connection was successful.

Any ideas how to resolve this problem?

Best regards,

Viktors
