Does anyone know if we can put the column on the View all computers screen to show the Default printer.
overview listings can be personalized using the column selector in the upper right corner of the screen. You can select various columns that will then show up. Unfortunately the 'default printer' column can't be chosen. You can log an idea at our Snow Ideas Board if you would like to see this feature in the product.
A custom solution for your request would be a custom report that you can add by yourself. First you would need a SQL query that shows the content you would like to see in Snow License Manager (e.g. computer hostname | default printer name). For implementation please stick to this very useful guide.
A very basic solution would be:
select c.ComputerID, c.HostName, cp.PrinterName, cp.IsDefault from tblComputer cleft join tblComputerPrinters cp on c.ComputerID = cp.ComputerID
This would give you the following result:

You could then further develop this query by adding one line:
select c.ComputerID, c.HostName, cp.PrinterName, cp.IsDefault from tblComputer cleft join tblComputerPrinters cp on c.ComputerID = cp.ComputerIDwhere cp.PrinterName is not null and cp.IsDefault = '1'
This would then only show computers with set default printers.
