We have some Adobe Photoshop CS6 installations that we would like to cover with Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 license purchases. Photoshop CC 2019 has downgrade rights set and Photoshop CS6 is in the list op downgrade paths. I used the default Software Recognition rules.
Downgrade rights are set for the Photoshop CC 2019 Application and also for all license purchases.
Assignment is set to Automatic.
The Photoshop CS6 is a perpetual license and Photoshop CC 2019 is a subscription license.
However I still get non-compliance. The Photoshop CC 2019 licenses are not used to fill in the gap in Photoshop CS6. Could this possibly be caused by the difference in metric (CC 2019 is user based, CS6 is installation based which is correct to the license rules). I cannot change the metric of CS6 to user based to solve it.
